Pre-Filing Notice


The consolidation election in the State of Illinois will be held on Tuesday, April 4th, 2023. The following offices will be elected for the Village of Crainville for a four-year term. Village Trustee, three (3) trustee positions to be elected. Election packets are currently available at the Crainville Village Hall. Packets are also available for printing at and must be returned to the Crainville Village Hall no later than 5:00pm on Monday, December 19th, 2022.

Community Development Block Grant


We now have Community Development Block Grant Income Surveys available. The Community Development Block Grant, one of the longest-running programs of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, funds local community development activities with the stated goal of providing affordable housing, anti-poverty programs, and infrastructure development. This survey is available for home owners only and can be picked up at the Village Hall office or a survey can be mailed to you. If you have any questions, please call 985-3322. Once the survey is complete, please return it to the office.
